Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with end-user clients, OEM partners, and distributors to proactively identify client needs, and develop comprehensive proposals to meet those needs.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and partners to maximize productivity; ensure client bid requirements are understood and the final proposal meets or exceeds them.
- Follow company processes for preparing quotes and orders, resolving issues, submitting regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts and competitive analysis.
- Meet or exceed profitability targets by increasing annual spend in accounts.
- Maintain partner certifications and training proficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan and set priorities, multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking preferred.
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check.
- High-school diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree and/or IT certifications preferred.
- Work Experience Preferred: Sales, IT, and/or Federal Government.
